稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TCEAL2, or T-cell early antigen like 2, is a member of the TCEAL family of proteins that play essential roles in various cellular processes, particularly in the immune response and transcription regulation. Research has indicated that TCEAL2 may be involved in T-cell development and differentiation, making it a potential biomarker for T-cell related diseases and conditions. The protein is characterized by the presence of a specific domain that allows it to interact with nucleic acids and other proteins, thereby influencing gene expression. Recent studies have suggested that TCEAL2 may also play a role in tumor biology, where its expression levels correlate with certain cancer types. Understanding the functional mechanisms of TCEAL2, including its interactions and regulatory pathways, is crucial for exploring its potential therapeutic applications. Recombination techniques have been employed to produce TCEAL2 proteins to facilitate the study of its properties and interactions. Investigating TCEAL2 in a recombinant format allows researchers to analyze its structure-function relationships in detail, providing insights into its biological significance and potential utility in clinical settings.
