Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ZAK (Zinc-finger ANKYRIN repeat-containing protein) is a crucial protein involved in various cellular processes, particularly in the regulation of the stress response and cell signaling pathways. Research on ZAK has gained momentum due to its significant role in the activation of the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathways, which are pivotal for cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Aberrant ZAK activity has been implicated in several diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. Furthermore, ZAK's structure, characterized by its zinc-finger and ANKYRIN repeat domains, makes it a fascinating subject for protein engineering and functional studies. Understanding its reconstitution and function at the molecular level is essential for deciphering its role in health and disease. Recent advances in recombinant DNA technology have facilitated the production of ZAK proteins in heterologous systems, allowing researchers to explore their biochemical properties and interactions within cellular contexts. The study of ZAK reconstituted proteins not only sheds light on its physiological functions but also opens avenues for developing novel pharmacological interventions aimed at modulating ZAK activity for therapeutic purposes. As such, ZAK represents a promising area of research in the fields of molecular biology and medicine, with implications for understanding complex biological systems and addressing unmet medical needs.
