Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TBX6, a member of the T-box family of transcription factors, plays a crucial role in embryonic development, particularly in the formation of mesoderm and the regulation of mesodermal lineage specification. Mutations in the TBX6 gene have been implicated in various congenital disorders, including syndromic scoliosis and other skeletal malformations, highlighting its importance in developmental biology. The study of TBX6 recombinant proteins aims to elucidate its functional domains, regulatory mechanisms, and interaction with other proteins during embryogenesis. By producing and characterizing TBX6 recombinant proteins, researchers can investigate how alterations in its structure affect the protein's ability to regulate gene expression and influence cell fate. This research has potential implications for understanding the etiology of TBX6-related disorders and may open avenues for developing targeted therapies. Furthermore, the insights gained from TBX6 protein studies can enhance our overall understanding of T-box factors and their roles in developmental processes, offering broader implications for the fields of genetics and regenerative medicine.
