Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ANLN (Anillin) is a crucial protein involved in the regulation of the cytoskeleton and the cell division process. As a member of the actin-binding protein family, ANLN plays a pivotal role in maintaining cell shape and integrity, as well as facilitating the organization of the actin filaments during cytokinesis. Recent studies have highlighted its importance in various cellular functions, including the regulation of focal adhesions and modulation of cell migration. Aberrant expression or mutation of ANLN has been associated with several types of cancer, suggesting its potential as a novel biomarker and therapeutic target. Researchers are increasingly focused on the structural and functional characterization of recombinant ANLN to better understand its molecular mechanisms and interactions within the cellular environment. This includes examining how ANLN interacts with other key proteins involved in the cytoskeletal dynamics and identifying its role in signaling pathways that govern cell proliferation and survival. Utilizing recombinant techniques allows for the production of ANLN in controlled conditions, enabling more detailed studies of its biochemical properties and therapeutic implications. Understanding the function of ANLN at a molecular level could provide insights into tumorigenesis and open new avenues for targeted cancer therapies.
