  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

TBL3 (Tribbles homolog 3) is a member of the Tribbles family of pseudokinases, which are implicated in various cellular processes, including cell cycle regulation and protein degradation. TBL3 has garnered interest due to its role in modulating the signaling pathways associated with mitosis and its potential implications in cancer and other diseases characterized by dysregulated cell proliferation. The protein participates in the regulation of key mitotic regulators, such as cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs) and their inhibitors, impacting cellular responses to stress and growth signals. Recent studies have suggested that TBL3 may be involved in the pathogenesis of certain cancers, where its expression patterns are altered. Researchers are therefore focusing on characterizing the structure and function of TBL3, with the aim of understanding its mechanistic roles in both normal and pathological contexts. Investigating the reassembled recombinant form of TBL3 is crucial for deciphering its interactions with other molecular partners and its influence on cellular mechanisms. This research not only aims to unravel the complexities of TBL3's functionality but also holds the potential to identify novel therapeutic targets for cancer treatment and other related diseases.
