Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
YIPF3, a member of the Yip1 domain-containing protein family, has gained attention in recent years due to its potential roles in various cellular processes, including membrane trafficking and endosomal dynamics. This protein is primarily localized to the endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi apparatus, where it is believed to contribute to vesicle formation and transport between these organelles. Studies have indicated that YIPF3 may play a crucial role in maintaining cellular homeostasis and could be involved in the pathogenesis of certain diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders. Its unique structure, characterized by multiple transmembrane domains, presents an intriguing target for research, aiming to elucidate its function and interaction with other cellular components. The recombinant expression of YIPF3 allows for in-depth analysis of its functional properties and potential therapeutic implications. Investigating YIPF3 could provide insights into its mechanistic roles in cellular trafficking and highlight its significance in disease contexts, thus laying the groundwork for future functional studies and drug development targeting related pathways.
