  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

TBL1X (Tobacco etch virus protease-like protein 1) is a member of the TBL protein family, which plays a pivotal role in various cellular processes, including signal transduction, gene regulation, and cellular proliferation. Research on TBL1X has gained momentum due to its potential implications in cancer biology, where dysregulation of the protein has been linked to tumorigenesis and metastasis. The protein functions as a co-regulator of nuclear receptors and interacting partners, highlighting its significance in transcriptional regulation. Understanding the structure and function of TBL1X can provide valuable insights into its role in health and disease. In the context of therapeutic interventions, TBL1X has emerged as a promising target for novel cancer treatments, given its involvement in key signaling pathways. The recombinant production of TBL1X has paved the way for detailed functional assays and crystallographic studies, aimed at elucidating its mechanism of action and interactions at the molecular level. Advances in this research are expected to contribute to the development of targeted therapies and enhance our understanding of protein function in various biological systems.
