  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

TBL1XR1, or TBL1 X-Linked Regulator 1, is a crucial protein involved in various cellular processes, including gene regulation and signal transduction. Its role as a co-regulator in the Wnt signaling pathway has garnered substantial interest, as aberrations in this pathway are closely linked to various cancers and developmental disorders. Research on TBL1XR1 has indicated its involvement in the regulation of transcription factors, thus influencing cellular responses to external stimuli. Moreover, TBL1XR1 interacts with other proteins, such as nuclear receptor co-repressors, which further highlights its importance in modulating gene expression. The protein also plays a role in cellular differentiation and proliferation, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions in diseases characterized by dysfunctional signaling pathways. Given the complexity of TBL1XR1's functions and its implications in oncogenesis and developmental biology, researchers are keen to explore its structure, binding interactions, and regulatory mechanisms. This ongoing research aims to elucidate the precise roles of TBL1XR1 in health and disease, paving the way for novel strategies in disease prevention and treatment. As such, TBL1XR1 is positioned as a promising subject of study within molecular biology and biomedicine, with the potential to unlock new avenues for understanding and tackling complex diseases.
