Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DPY19L2 is a member of the DPY19 family, which is known to be involved in various biological processes, including cellular differentiation and maintenance of tissue homeostasis. Recent studies have highlighted its potential role in male fertility, where mutations in the DPY19L2 gene have been implicated in azoospermia, a condition characterized by the absence of sperm in the ejaculate. This has drawn the attention of researchers, as understanding the function of DPY19L2 can provide insights into the mechanisms underlying spermatogenesis and male reproductive health. Furthermore, the protein is believed to be involved in the structural organization of sperm flagella, influencing motility and overall functionality. Recombining the DPY19L2 protein for experimental studies offers a valuable approach to dissect its molecular functions and elucidate its interaction with other cellular components. Such investigations are crucial for identifying potential therapeutic targets for treating male infertility, enhancing assisted reproductive technologies, and advancing our comprehension of the genetic factors influencing reproductive disorders.
