Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TAF6L (TATA-binding protein-associated factor 6-like) is a member of the TAF (TATA-binding protein-associated factor) family, which plays a crucial role in the transcriptional regulation of genes by associating with the TATA-binding protein and RNA polymerase II. Research on TAF6L has gained attention due to its potential involvement in various cellular processes, including development, differentiation, and cancer progression. Unlike its closely related counterpart TAF6, TAF6L has distinct expression patterns and functional roles, which might be linked to specific cellular contexts or developmental stages. Recent studies have suggested that TAF6L may influence gene expression by modulating chromatin structure and interacting with various transcriptional cofactors. Understanding the molecular mechanisms by which TAF6L operates could provide insights into its role in health and disease, particularly in oncogenesis, where dysregulation of transcription factors often contributes to tumor development. Ongoing research aims to explore the structural properties of TAF6L to identify potential therapeutic targets that could mitigate its involvement in various pathological conditions.
