Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
WDR76, a member of the WD-40 repeat protein family, is implicated in various cellular processes, including RNA metabolism, cell cycle regulation, and DNA damage response. This protein has garnered interest due to its potential role in critical pathways affecting cancer progression and other diseases. Preliminary studies suggest that WDR76 may influence the stability and functionality of key regulatory proteins involved in tumorigenesis. The reconstitution of WDR76 as a recombinant protein allows for detailed biochemical and biophysical analyses, which can deepen our understanding of its structural properties and interaction partners. Moreover, the production of WDR76 in a recombinant system facilitates the exploration of its functions in cellular models, ultimately shedding light on its biological significance and potential as a therapeutic target. As research in this area progresses, elucidating the mechanisms by which WDR76 operates may provide insights into new strategies for disease intervention and treatment, highlighting the importance of this protein in molecular biology and pharmacology.
