Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
WDR65, or WD repeat domain 65, is a protein that has gained attention in recent years due to its potential role in various cellular processes and its association with certain genetic disorders. Initially identified through genomic studies, WDR65 is characterized by the presence of WD repeats, which are typically involved in the formation of protein-protein interactions and play critical roles in regulating cellular functions such as signal transduction, cell cycle progression, and differentiation. Research has indicated that mutations in the WDR65 gene are linked to retinitis pigmentosa, a degenerative eye disease that leads to vision loss, thus highlighting the importance of understanding its function in human health. Additionally, WDR65's involvement in mitochondrial dynamics and cellular stress response mechanisms makes it a candidate for further investigation in the context of neurodegenerative diseases. Studies exploring the structure, function, and interaction partners of WDR65 are crucial for elucidating its biological significance and potential therapeutic implications. Understanding the molecular mechanisms by which WDR65 operates may provide insights into pathological conditions associated with its dysfunction, ultimately contributing to the development of targeted treatments for related diseases. Researchers are increasingly employing techniques like recombinant protein expression and purification to study WDR65, aiming to investigate its functional properties and role in various signaling pathways. This research is essential for determining how WDR65 contributes to cellular health and disease, paving the way for future medical advancements.
