Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
WDR5B, a member of the WD repeat protein family, has garnered attention in recent years due to its critical role in various cellular processes, particularly in the regulation of gene expression and chromatin remodeling. It acts as a crucial component of the MLL (mixed-lineage leukemia) complex, which is involved in histone methylation, thus influencing transcriptional activation of target genes. Dysregulation of WDR5B has been implicated in several cancers and developmental disorders, making it a significant focus of research. The recombinant expression of WDR5B allows researchers to study its structure and function, providing insights into its interaction with other proteins and its involvement in epigenetic modifications. Understanding WDR5B’s mechanisms could yield novel therapeutic targets for diseases associated with its dysfunction, such as leukemia. Consequently, efforts to produce WDR5B as a recombinant protein are critical in advancing our knowledge of its biological functions and its potential implications in disease pathology.
