Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TAB3 (TGF-beta activating protein 3) is integral to understanding the mechanisms of TGF-β (transforming growth factor-beta) signaling, a crucial pathway involved in diverse cellular processes including cell growth, differentiation, and immune response regulation. Recent studies have indicated that TAB3 plays a vital role in modulating the activity of the master regulatory protein SMAD and influencing various physiological and pathological conditions, such as fibrosis, cancer progression, and immune disorders. Given its significant role in TGF-β signaling, TAB3 has emerged as a potential therapeutic target for various diseases where this pathway is dysregulated. Researchers have been focusing on the structural and functional characterization of TAB3 to elucidate its molecular interactions and effects on cellular behavior. The development of recombinant TAB3 proteins is essential for generating specific antibodies and for conducting functional assays to explore its role in TGF-β mediated responses. Such studies not only enhance our understanding of TAB3's function but also pave the way for novel interventions in diseases linked to abnormal TGF-β signaling. Thus, the investigation of TAB3 and its recombinant forms represents a promising avenue in the field of biomedical research, aiming to unveil new therapeutic strategies targeting TGF-β related disorders.
