Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SWAP70 is a multifunctional protein that plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, particularly in immune cell function and signal transduction. Initially identified as a protein associated with the stimulation of B cells, SWAP70 has since been implicated in a range of biological functions, including cytoskeletal rearrangement, adhesion, and migration of lymphocytes. Its structure features several functional domains, including a pleckstrin homology (PH) domain, which facilitates its interaction with phosphoinositides and contributes to membrane localization. Research has shown that SWAP70 is involved in the regulation of actin dynamics, amplifying signals from various receptors such as the B cell receptor (BCR). This makes it an attractive target for understanding immune responses and potential therapeutic interventions for autoimmune diseases and cancer. Recent studies have highlighted its role in T cell activation and differentiation, emphasizing its importance in adaptive immunity. Moreover, the generation of recombinant SWAP70 protein has enabled detailed examinations of its function at the molecular level, paving the way for novel insights into its contribution to immune cell signaling pathways. Overall, the investigation of SWAP70 and its functions continues to be an important area of research, with implications for both basic biology and clinical applications.
