Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of MAF (Maf F-related protein) recombinant proteins is situated at the intersection of molecular biology and therapeutic development, focusing on the role of MAF proteins in cellular processes. MAF proteins are a family of transcription factors that play crucial roles in various biological functions, including the regulation of gene expression, differentiation, and development. They are particularly known for their involvement in the modulation of oxidative stress responses, cell survival, and metabolic regulation. Recent research has highlighted their significance in pathophysiological conditions such as cancer, diabetes, and neurodegenerative diseases. Recombinant production of MAF proteins allows for detailed studies of their structure, function, and interactions at a molecular level, offering insights into their mechanisms of action. Furthermore, these studies pave the way for potential therapeutic applications, as manipulating MAF pathways may provide novel strategies for disease intervention. Advances in recombinant DNA technology have enabled efficient expression and purification of these proteins, facilitating their use in functional assays and high-throughput screening. Understanding the roles of MAF proteins not only deepens our knowledge of cellular processes but also holds promise for the development of innovative treatments targeting MAF-related pathways in various diseases. As research progresses, MAF recombinant proteins continue to be a focal point for unraveling complex biochemical pathways and developing therapeutic interventions.
