Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
EZH1, a member of the Enhancer of Zeste homolog family, is a key component of the Polycomb Repressive Complex 2 (PRC2), which plays a critical role in regulating gene expression through histone methylation. Unlike its closely related counterpart EZH2, EZH1 has received less attention in research, but emerging studies indicate its significant involvement in various biological processes, including development and stem cell differentiation. Recent findings suggest that EZH1 may have distinct roles in cancer biology, where its expression levels correlate with tumor progression and patient prognosis. The understanding of EZH1's unique functions, mechanisms, and interactions within cellular pathways remains limited, highlighting the need for comprehensive studies. Researchers are now focusing on characterizing EZH1 in various physiological and pathological contexts, utilizing recombinant protein technologies to elucidate its interactions with chromatin and other regulatory proteins. This approach not only aids in dissecting EZH1's function but also offers potential therapeutic avenues for targeting epigenetic modifications in diseases where EZH1 is implicated. Overall, the investigation into EZH1 and its recombinant protein could pave the way for novel insights into epigenetic regulation and its implications in human health and disease.
