Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
STXBP2, also known as Syntaxin-binding protein 2, is a crucial protein in the regulation of exocytosis and intracellular vesicle trafficking, playing a significant role in immune responses, particularly in natural killer (NK) cells and cytotoxic T lymphocytes. Mutations in the STXBP2 gene have been linked to various immune deficiencies, highlighting its importance in the immune system. The study of STXBP2 recombinant protein has gained attention for its potential in understanding immune disorders, as these mutations can lead to severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID) and other hematological diseases. Research into STXBP2 recombinant protein aims to elucidate its molecular mechanisms and interactions with other proteins involved in exocytosis, ultimately contributing to therapeutic strategies for related disorders. Furthermore, the recombinant form can be utilized in assays and functional studies to explore its role in immune cell activation and cytotoxic functions. Investigating STXBP2 offers insights not only into the basic biology of immune cells but also into potential applications in gene therapy, immune modulation, and the design of novel immunotherapies. As such, STXBP2 recombinant protein stands at the forefront of research linking protein function to clinical manifestations of genetic defects in immunology.
