  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

A2ML1, or Alpha-2-Macroglobulin-Like 1, is a protein that has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its potential role in various biological processes and implications in human health. Structurally, A2ML1 is a member of the alpha-macroglobulin superfamily, which is known for its capacity to bind to a range of proteins, including enzymes and growth factors, thereby playing a role in regulating their activity. Research has suggested that A2ML1 may be involved in critical physiological functions such as immune response, tissue remodeling, and cellular homeostasis. Moreover, its expression levels have been associated with several pathological conditions, including cancer and autoimmune diseases, highlighting its potential as a biomarker for disease progression and a target for therapeutic interventions. The study of recombinant A2ML1 proteins facilitates the understanding of their functional mechanisms and interactions within cellular contexts. By producing and characterizing recombinant A2ML1, researchers aim to elucidate its role in disease and identify potential applications in diagnostics and therapeutics. Given its emerging significance, ongoing investigations into A2ML1 may provide valuable insights into its biological functions and therapeutic potential, paving the way for novel strategies in the management of diseases where this protein is implicated.
