Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
WASF1, or Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome protein family member 1, is a crucial protein involved in actin polymerization and plays a significant role in cellular processes such as motility, shape maintenance, and signal transduction. Research on WASF1 has gained attention due to its association with various diseases, including cancer and immune disorders. The protein is part of the WASP family, which is known for its role in connecting signaling pathways to the cytoskeleton, thereby influencing cell behavior. Understanding the mechanisms by which WASF1 regulates actin dynamics is essential to unraveling its functions in health and disease. Furthermore, studies on WASF1's interactions with other proteins and its regulatory pathways offer potential therapeutic insights, particularly in targeting tumor metastasis and enhancing immune response. The generation of recombinant WASF1 protein has become a pivotal technique in research, allowing scientists to study its properties in vitro. This facilitates a deeper exploration into its structural features and functional domains, providing a basis for developing targeted interventions in related pathologies. Overall, the ongoing research into WASF1 serves to bridge gaps in knowledge regarding its role in cellular contexts and its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in various diseases.
