Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
WASF3, or Wiskott-Aldrich Syndrome protein family member 3, is a crucial protein involved in the regulation of the actin cytoskeleton and is known for its role in cellular processes such as migration, adhesion, and immune response. Research on WASF3 has garnered attention due to its implications in various diseases, including cancer metastasis, where it contributes to the invasive properties of tumor cells. Elevated expression levels of WASF3 have been associated with poor prognosis in several types of cancer, highlighting its potential as a biomarker for disease progression and therapeutic target. Furthermore, WASF3 is implicated in the pathophysiology of other conditions, including inflammation and neurodegenerative diseases, where altered cytoskeletal dynamics play a significant role. Investigating the structural and functional aspects of WASF3 through recombinant protein studies helps elucidate its mechanisms of action and interaction with other cellular components. By producing and analyzing WASF3 recombinantly, researchers aim to uncover its role in disease states and explore its potential as a target for innovative therapeutic strategies. Overall, the study of WASF3 not only enhances our understanding of fundamental cellular processes but also opens new avenues for the development of effective interventions in related diseases.
