Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The VPS52 protein, a critical component of the TSET (Transporter associated with the ER and Golgi) complex, plays an essential role in vesicular trafficking and protein sorting within eukaryotic cells. Its function is particularly significant in the context of endosomal and Golgi apparatus interactions, influencing the transport and processing of various proteins. Research into VPS52 has gained momentum due to its implications in cellular communication, metabolic regulation, and the pathogenesis of various diseases. Abnormalities in VPS52 activity or expression can lead to impaired cellular transport mechanisms, contributing to conditions such as cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Recent studies utilizing advanced molecular biology techniques, including CRISPR-Cas9 and RNA sequencing, have shed light on VPS52's structure-function relationship and its regulatory pathways. As the understanding of VPS52 deepens, it becomes increasingly evident that targeting this protein could offer new therapeutic avenues for diseases linked to dysfunctional protein transport. Ongoing research focuses on elucidating the specific roles of VPS52 in different cellular contexts, its interactions with other proteins in the TSET complex, and the impact of its dysregulation on human health, presenting promising prospects for future studies in cell biology and targeted therapies.
