Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of AASS (L-amino acid decarboxylase) recombinant protein has gained significant attention due to its crucial role in various biological processes, including neurotransmitter synthesis and amino acid metabolism. AASS is involved in the decarboxylation of L-amino acids, converting them into corresponding amines, which are essential for the production of biologically active compounds such as neurotransmitters, hormones, and precursors for several metabolic pathways. The ability to produce AASS as a recombinant protein enables researchers to investigate its structure-function relationships, enzyme kinetics, and potential regulatory mechanisms. Furthermore, the recombinant expression of AASS allows for the exploration of its therapeutic potential, particularly in neurological disorders where neurotransmitter imbalances occur. Advances in biotechnological techniques, such as genetic engineering and high-throughput screening, have facilitated the optimization of AASS production and characterization, shedding light on its molecular dynamics and interactions. Furthermore, understanding the role of AASS in metabolic pathways could pave the way for novel interventions in metabolic disorders. Overall, the research on AASS recombinant protein not only enhances our knowledge of fundamental biochemical processes but also holds promise for applications in medicine and biotechnology.
