稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
STK38, a member of the serine/threonine kinase family, plays a critical role in regulating various cellular processes, including cell growth, proliferation, and apoptosis. As a mitotic regulator, it is involved in the control of the cell cycle and has been linked to various cancer types, making it a potential target for therapeutic intervention. Research on the recombinant protein STK38 has gained traction due to its implications in cellular signaling pathways and disease mechanisms. By studying STK38 in its recombinant form, researchers can elucidate its enzymatic activity, substrate interactions, and regulatory mechanisms. This has significant implications for understanding how dysregulation of STK38 contributes to tumorigenesis and other pathological conditions. The characterization of STK38 as a recombinant protein also allows for high-throughput screening of potential inhibitors, facilitating the development of novel cancer treatments. Furthermore, such studies can advance our knowledge of kinase function in a cellular context, offering insights into therapeutic strategies that could selectively target aberrant signaling pathways in cancer cells. Thus, STK38's dual role in fundamental cellular processes and its potential as a drug target renders it a focal point of ongoing biomedical research.
