稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
VPREB3, or V-preB3, is a critical component of the pre-B cell receptor (pre-BCR) that plays a vital role in B cell development and the adaptive immune response. As a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily, VPREB3 is significant in the early stages of B cell differentiation, especially in the formation and signaling of the pre-BCR complex. This complex is essential for the survival and proliferation of pre-B cells, ultimately leading to the generation of functional B cells capable of producing antibodies. The study of VPREB3 is particularly relevant in the context of B cell malignancies, such as acute lymphoblastic leukemia and other lymphoproliferative disorders, where disruptions in normal B cell development can lead to pathological conditions. Understanding the structural and functional properties of VPREB3, and its role within the pre-BCR signaling pathway, could not only elucidate the mechanisms underlying B cell biology but may also provide novel therapeutic targets for treating B cell-related diseases. Additionally, advances in recombinant protein technology allow researchers to produce and study VPREB3 in vitro, enabling detailed investigations into its interactions with other signaling molecules and its potential implications in immunological research and therapies.
