Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DHDH, or Dipeptidyl Peptidase IV Homolog, is a crucial protein that has garnered significant research attention due to its role in various biological processes. This protein is known to participate in the regulation of immune responses, cell signaling, and metabolic pathways. Studies have shown that DHDH is involved in the modulation of cytokine release and plays a pivotal role in the activation and proliferation of T cells, thereby influencing the adaptive immune response. Its resemblance to Dipeptidyl Peptidase IV (DPP-IV), a well-characterized enzyme linked to multiple diseases including diabetes and cancer, has prompted researchers to explore its biochemical properties and potential therapeutic applications. Understanding the structure-function relationship of DHDH is vital for uncovering its mechanism of action and implications in health and disease. Recombining DHDH in the laboratory setting, using techniques such as recombinant DNA technology, allows for the production of large quantities of the protein for detailed study. This research enables scientists to investigate its interactions with other cellular components and its impact on physiological pathways, paving the way for possible drug development and treatment strategies. Given the increasing interest in proteins that modulate immune function, DHDH's profile suggests it could be a valuable target for therapeutic intervention in various immune-related disorders, highlighting the importance of ongoing research in this area.
