Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DIAPH3, or diaphanous-related formin 3, belongs to the formin family of proteins, which are critical modulators of actin dynamics in various biological processes, including cell division, motility, and morphology. Emerging research suggests that DIAPH3 plays a pivotal role in regulating the cytoskeletal organization and is implicated in several important cellular functions. The study of DIAPH3 recombinant proteins has gained attention due to their potential involvement in disease mechanisms, particularly in cancer and neurological disorders. Understanding the structural and functional properties of DIAPH3 can provide insights into its regulatory mechanisms in actin polymerization and its interactions with other cellular components. Moreover, dissecting the roles of DIAPH3 in cellular processes may unveil novel therapeutic targets and strategies for diseases linked to cytoskeletal dysregulation. Insights from DIAPH3 research are not only crucial for basic cell biology but also for advancing our comprehension of complex pathologies, making it a significant focus for ongoing investigations in molecular biology and biochemistry.
