Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DHX35, a member of the DExH/D RNA helicase family, has gained significant attention in recent years due to its roles in various cellular processes, including RNA metabolism, gene expression regulation, and innate immune responses. Research indicates that DHX35 is involved in the unwinding of RNA structures, which is critical for the proper functioning of various RNA-binding proteins and the overall RNA processing machinery. Its ability to recognize and interact with RNA structures makes it a potential player in the malfunctions associated with viral infections and other diseases linked to dysregulated RNA metabolism. Additionally, studies have shown that DHX35 can play a role in the detection of viral RNAs, contributing to the cellular immune response and influencing pathways such as the interferon response. Given its importance in health and disease, understanding the structure, function, and regulatory mechanisms of DHX35 at the molecular level is essential. Recombinant DHX35 proteins are being utilized to elucidate these mechanisms, providing insights that could lead to therapeutic applications in diseases where RNA metabolism is disrupted. The ongoing exploration of DHX35 thus represents a promising avenue in molecular biology and could pave the way for targeted interventions in RNA-related pathologies.
