Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DHX32 is a member of the DExH box family of RNA helicases, which are critical players in various RNA processing and regulation processes, including splicing, translation, and degradation. Research has revealed that DHX32 is involved in the cellular response to viral infections and the regulation of gene expression, making it a protein of interest for understanding innate immunity and cellular stress responses. Importantly, DHX32 has been implicated in the modulation of the immune response by recognizing viral RNA and facilitating its degradation, thereby helping to limit viral replication. The study of DHX32’s structure and function can provide valuable insights into the mechanisms of RNA metabolism and its links to various diseases, including viral infections and cancer. Moreover, due to its role in regulating key cellular pathways, DHX32 may also serve as a potential therapeutic target. Ongoing investigations into this protein aim to elucidate its biochemical properties, interaction networks, and functional relevance in health and disease, ultimately paving the way for novel strategies in drug development and therapeutic interventions.
