Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PIM3 (Proviral Integration site for Moloney murine leukemia virus 3) is a serine/threonine kinase that belongs to the PIM family of proteins, which are known to play crucial roles in cell survival, proliferation, and differentiation. Their dysregulation has been implicated in various hematological malignancies and solid tumors, making them attractive targets for cancer therapy. The study of PIM3 has gained momentum due to its involvement in oncogenic pathways, where it promotes cell growth by inhibiting apoptosis and enhancing glycolysis. Additionally, PIM3 interacts with several key signaling molecules, thereby influencing tumor microenvironment dynamics. Recombinant PIM3 protein production is essential for elucidating its biochemical properties and therapeutic potential. Current research efforts focus on delineating the molecular mechanisms by which PIM3 contributes to tumorigenesis, as well as developing inhibitors that can selectively target PIM3 activity. Understanding the structure-function relationship of PIM3 through recombinant protein studies may pave the way for novel cancer treatment strategies, ultimately improving patient outcomes.
