Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SPATA2 (Spermatogenesis Associated 2) is a protein believed to play a critical role in male fertility, particularly in sperm development and maturation. Disruptions in SPATA2 expression and function have been linked to various reproductive issues, making it a potential target for understanding infertility mechanisms. Research into SPATA2 has gained traction due to its involvement in spermatogenesis and its interactions with other key proteins in the reproductive system. Studies have shown that SPATA2 is essential for the formation of sperm cells, suggesting that it may be crucial for normal male reproductive function. The exploration of SPATA2 through recombinant protein techniques allows scientists to investigate its structural properties, functional mechanisms, and interactions with other reproductive proteins, thereby advancing our understanding of male fertility. Furthermore, insights gained from SPATA2 research may pave the way for the development of novel therapeutic strategies to address male infertility, highlighting the importance of this protein in reproductive health. As a result, SPATA2 continues to be a significant focus within reproductive biology, with ongoing studies aimed at elucidating its roles and potential clinical applications in fertility treatments.
