Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RASA1, also known as Ras p21 protein activator 1, is a crucial regulatory protein that modulates the Ras signaling pathway, which is involved in diverse cellular processes such as growth, differentiation, and survival. Dysregulation of the Ras pathway is implicated in various cancers and other diseases, making RASA1 a potential target for therapeutic interventions. Research into RASA1 has highlighted its role as a negative regulator of Ras activity, thereby influencing downstream signaling events. The protein contains a series of functional domains that are crucial for its interaction with Ras and other signaling components. Recent studies have focused on the structural and functional characterization of RASA1, as understanding its mechanism of action could provide insights into novel pharmacological strategies to mitigate Ras-related pathologies. Additionally, the development of recombinant RASA1 proteins has facilitated advanced biochemical assays and structural studies, enabling researchers to elucidate the precise molecular interactions that underlie RASA1 function. Given the significance of Ras signaling in human health, RASA1 remains a focal point of investigation in both cancer biology and therapeutic development, with ongoing research exploring its potential as a biomarker and a therapeutic target.
