Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RAB37, a member of the RAB GTPase family, plays a vital role in intracellular vesicle trafficking, which is essential for various cellular processes, including endocytosis, exocytosis, and organelle transport. Recent studies have indicated that RAB37 is implicated in the regulation of immune responses, particularly in the secretion of inflammatory cytokines in immune cells. Its dysregulation has been linked to several diseases, including cancer and autoimmune disorders, making it a potential therapeutic target. The recombinant expression and characterization of RAB37 protein allow for a deeper understanding of its function and role in cellular pathways. By studying RAB37, researchers hope to elucidate the mechanisms behind its involvement in disease processes, investigate its potential as a biomarker for certain conditions, and explore its utility in drug development. Understanding the structure-function relationship of RAB37 through the study of its recombinant protein form can facilitate the identification of small molecules or biological agents that modulate its activity, providing new avenues for therapeutic intervention in RAB37-related diseases.
