Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SPATA2L, a member of the spermatogenesis-associated protein family, has gained attention due to its potential role in male fertility and gametogenesis. Its homologs have been identified in various species, suggesting a conserved function in reproductive biology. Recent studies have indicated that SPATA2L is involved in the regulation of cellular processes such as apoptosis and DNA repair, which are critical for maintaining spermatogenic health and function. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying SPATA2L's role in spermatogenesis could provide insights into male infertility, which affects a significant proportion of the population. Additionally, researchers are exploring the potential of SPATA2L as a biomarker for reproductive health and a therapeutic target for treating male infertility disorders. The recombinant expression of SPATA2L protein has become a focal point in various experimental approaches, facilitating the characterization of its structure and function, and enabling further investigations into its interactions with other molecular players in the spermatogenic process. Overall, the study of SPATA2L recombinant protein holds promise for advancing our understanding of male reproductive biology and developing novel interventions for addressing infertility issues.
