稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DGCR2, or DiGeorge Syndrome Critical Region Gene 2, plays a significant role in various cellular processes and has been implicated in the pathology of several diseases, including cardiac anomalies and developmental disorders. It is located within the commonly deleted region of chromosome 22q11.2, associated with DiGeorge syndrome, a condition characterized by congenital heart defects, immune deficiencies, and developmental delays. As a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily, DGCR2 is believed to be involved in cell adhesion and signaling pathways, which are crucial for proper embryonic development and organogenesis. Recent studies have focused on characterizing DGCR2 at the molecular level, exploring its functions, interactions, and the mechanisms through which it affects cellular behaviors. The generation of recombinant DGCR2 proteins has enabled researchers to investigate the structure-function relationship and the role of this protein in disease contexts. Insights gained from such research could provide a deeper understanding of the biological significance of DGCR2, opening avenues for therapeutic interventions aimed at managing conditions associated with its dysfunction. Thus, the study of DGCR2 recombinant proteins is vital for elucidating the underlying mechanisms of related diseases and may contribute to the development of targeted treatments.
