稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RTKN (Rattikin) proteins are a family of proteins that have garnered attention due to their involvement in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Research has demonstrated that RTKN proteins play a significant role in cancer biology, particularly in the regulation of signal transduction pathways such as the Rho family of GTPases, which are crucial for actin cytoskeleton organization and cell motility. Elevated levels of RTKN have been associated with several malignancies, indicating its potential as a biomarker for cancer progression. Additionally, RTKN has been implicated in immune responses and has shown interactions with several key proteins involved in inflammation and apoptosis, making it a point of interest for therapeutic interventions. As such, the exploration of RTKN's structure and function, particularly in the context of recombinant protein techniques, has become increasingly crucial. Researchers are focusing on elucidating the mechanisms through which RTKN operates within various signaling networks and how its dysregulation contributes to disease pathology. The development of recombinant RTKN proteins allows for detailed biochemical studies and could pave the way for novel drug targets or therapeutic strategies in both cancer and autoimmune diseases.
