Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DEPC-1 (Developmentally Essential Pluripotent Cell-associated Protein 1) is a protein that plays a critical role in early embryonic development and pluripotency regulation. Its study has garnered significant attention due to its involvement in stem cell biology and potential implications in regenerative medicine and cancer research. DEPC-1 is found to be highly expressed in pluripotent stem cells and is associated with key signaling pathways that govern cell fate decisions. Researchers have been investigating its function in maintaining the undifferentiated state of stem cells and how its overexpression or knockdown can affect differentiation processes. Additionally, DEPC-1's potential as a biomarker for certain cancers has made it a subject of interest in oncology, as dysregulation of pluripotency-related factors often correlates with tumor progression. The characterization and functional analysis of DEPC-1 through recombinant protein studies provide insights into its mechanism of action at the molecular level. Understanding DEPC-1 not only contributes to fundamental biological knowledge but also holds promise for therapeutic advancements in tissue regeneration and cancer treatments. As DEPC-1 continues to be evaluated, it may elucidate new pathways and targets for enhancing stem cell functionality and developing innovative cancer therapies.
