Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SPANXD (spermatogenic protein associated with the nuclear envelope during spermatogenesis) is a protein that has garnered attention in reproductive biology, particularly for its role in spermatogenesis and potential implications in male fertility. The research into SPANXD is driven by the need to understand the molecular mechanisms underlying male reproductive health, as infertility affects a significant proportion of couples globally. Studies have suggested that SPANXD is involved in the formation and functionality of sperm cells, and its expression is closely associated with the development of the male germline. Furthermore, alterations in SPANXD expression may correlate with certain infertility conditions, making it a focus of investigation for developing diagnostic and therapeutic strategies. The characterization of SPANXD not only promises insights into normal reproductive processes but also provides a potential biomarker for reproductive disorders. As researchers delve into the protein's structure, function, and regulation, the goal is to illuminate its precise role within the testicular microenvironment, thus enhancing our understanding of male reproductive biology and offering new avenues for infertility treatment.
