Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
JAK3 (Janus kinase 3) is a crucial member of the Janus kinase family, playing a pivotal role in the signaling pathways of various cytokine receptors, particularly those involved in immune responses. Its dysfunction has been linked to numerous immunological disorders, including severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID) and autoimmune diseases. The study of JAK3 recombinant proteins is essential for understanding its biological functions and the molecular mechanisms underlying these diseases. By generating and characterizing JAK3 recombinant proteins, researchers aim to elucidate how JAK3 mediates signal transduction in immune cells, particularly T lymphocytes. This protein serves as a potential therapeutic target; thus, investigating its structure and activity can lead to the development of specific inhibitors that may modulate immune responses. Moreover, JAK3's role in hematopoiesis and its involvement in the pathogenesis of certain cancers further emphasize the importance of this research. As biotechnological techniques advance, the production of high-quality JAK3 recombinant proteins has become feasible, enabling detailed biochemical and structural studies, which are vital for drug discovery and therapeutic interventions. Understanding JAK3's functional attributes through recombinant protein research holds the promise of advancing treatments for various immunological and hematological conditions, highlighting its significance in contemporary biomedical research.
