Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SNCAIP (synuclein alpha-interacting protein) is a crucial protein implicated in the regulation of alpha-synuclein, which is a key player in the pathology of neurodegenerative diseases, particularly Parkinson’s disease. The study of SNCAIP is gaining significance as it helps unravel the complex molecular mechanisms underlying synucleinopathies. Research indicates that SNCAIP interacts with alpha-synuclein, modulating its aggregation and toxicity, thereby influencing neuronal health and survival. In the context of neurodegeneration, understanding the role of SNCAIP could pave the way for potential therapeutic strategies aimed at mitigating synuclein-related toxicity. Recent advances in recombinant protein technology have facilitated the production and characterization of SNCAIP, improving our ability to study its functions and interactions in detail. Exploring the structural and functional aspects of SNCAIP through recombinant proteins can provide insights into its potential as a biomarker or target for drug development. Collectively, investigations into SNCAIP are critical for elucidating the molecular pathways involved in alpha-synuclein dynamics, ultimately enhancing our understanding of Parkinson's disease and opening doors for innovative treatment approaches.
