Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FIB1, or fibrinogen-binding protein 1, is a crucial protein that plays significant roles in various biological processes, particularly in cell adhesion and migration, immune response, and wound healing. Research into FIB1 has gained momentum due to its implications in both physiological and pathological conditions, including cancer metastasis and thrombosis. Studies have shown that FIB1 interacts with fibrinogen, a key component of the coagulation cascade, influencing the behavior of platelets and other cell types during injury and inflammation. Understanding the structure and function of FIB1 can provide insights into its role in these processes, potentially leading to novel therapeutic strategies for diseases characterized by aberrant cell behavior, such as cancer or cardiovascular disorders. As a recombinant protein, FIB1 can be produced in a controlled manner, allowing researchers to investigate its properties through biochemical and biophysical methods. Furthermore, FIB1's unique structural features and interaction with other biomolecules make it an attractive target for drug design and the development of biomaterials. Research on FIB1 not only enhances our understanding of fundamental biological mechanisms but also holds promise for advancing medical applications through improved treatment modalities that address complex diseases.
