Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SNAPC3, or SNRNP-ASSOCIATED PROTEIN 3, is a crucial component of the spliceosomal machinery, playing a significant role in the regulation of mRNA splicing, an essential process for gene expression. Its function is primarily associated with the formation of splicing complexes and the interaction with various spliceosomal proteins and RNA molecules. Research into SNAPC3 has gained traction due to its involvement in multiple cellular processes, including gene regulation and signal transduction, as well as its implications in various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. The interest in SNAPC3 is further fueled by studies indicating its potential role as a biomarker for certain pathologies and its involvement in transcription regulation, where it contributes to the stability and processing of pre-mRNA. As a result, the elucidation of SNAPC3's structure, function, and interaction networks has become a focal point in molecular biology and therapeutic research. Techniques such as recombinant protein expression, mutagenesis, and biochemical assays are utilized to study its activity and mechanism, paving the way for understanding its contributions to cellular physiology and disease states. This research not only aims to clarify the biological significance of SNAPC3 but also seeks to explore its viability as a target for future therapeutic interventions in splicing-related diseases.
