稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Cltrn, or Clathrin, is a crucial protein involved in the endocytic process, where cells internalize molecules and receptors from their surface. This protein forms a characteristic "basket-like" structure that facilitates the formation of vesicles, enabling cellular communication and nutrient uptake. Recent studies have highlighted the importance of Cltrn in various physiological and pathological contexts, including its role in neurotransmitter release, signal transduction, and the internalization of certain pathogens. Moreover, dysregulation of Cltrn has been implicated in several diseases, such as neurodegenerative disorders and cancer. Understanding the molecular mechanisms of Cltrn function and its interactions with other cellular components is pivotal for developing therapeutic strategies. Researchers have focused on characterizing Cltrn's structure-function relationships through recombinant protein studies, which provide insights into its role in vesicle formation and trafficking. These findings contribute to our overall understanding of cell biology and may pave the way for novel interventions targeting Cltrn in disease states. This exploration underscores the significance of Cltrn not only in basic cellular processes but also in its potential as a therapeutic target in various medical conditions.
