Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SNAP91, a member of the SNARE protein family, plays a critical role in vesicular transport and membrane fusion processes within cells. Research on SNAP91 has garnered attention due to its potential implications in various physiological and pathological conditions, including neurodegenerative diseases and secretion mechanisms in both neuronal and non-neuronal cells. The understanding of SNAP91's structure and function is essential for elucidating the molecular basis of synaptic transmission and cellular communication. Studies have shown that SNAP91 interacts with other SNARE proteins to form complexes essential for the delivery of vesicular cargo, influencing neurotransmitter release and intracellular signaling pathways. Furthermore, investigations into its role in disease contexts, such as Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia, highlight the potential of SNAP91 as a therapeutic target. Advances in recombinant protein technology have facilitated the production and characterization of SNAP91, enabling detailed biochemical and biophysical studies. These investigations aim to clarify its functional mechanisms, interactions, and modulation, paving the way for the development of novel therapeutic strategies to address SNARE-related disorders. Understanding SNAP91 can also contribute to the broader knowledge of cellular dynamics, offering insights into the intricate processes governing cell behavior and communication.
