Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of the SSA2 recombinant protein is rooted in its significance in cellular stress responses and protein quality control mechanisms in eukaryotic cells. SSA2, part of the HSP70 family of heat shock proteins, plays a crucial role in assisting protein folding, refolding denatured proteins, and targeting misfolded proteins for degradation. Given its involvement in critical biological processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis, understanding SSA2’s function is vital for deciphering mechanisms underlying various diseases, such as cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Moreover, SSA2 is of interest in biotechnological applications, where it can enhance the yield and stability of recombinant proteins produced in yeast and other expression systems. Research on SSA2 recombinant protein focuses on elucidating its structure-function relationship, regulatory mechanisms, and interactions with other cellular components. By investigating SSA2, scientists aim to unlock new therapeutic avenues and improve production strategies for biopharmaceuticals, thereby addressing both fundamental biological questions and practical challenges in biotechnology.
