Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SMARCAD1 is a member of the SNF2 family of ATP-dependent chromatin remodelers, playing a crucial role in regulating gene expression and maintaining epigenetic stability. It is involved in a variety of cellular processes such as DNA repair, cell cycle regulation, and transcriptional activation. Research has shown that SMARCAD1 interacts with various histone modifications and other chromatin-associated factors, suggesting its importance in the organization and accessibility of chromatin. Dysregulation of SMARCAD1 has been linked to several diseases, including cancers, emphasizing the need to understand its functional mechanisms. The study of SMARCAD1 recombinant protein provides insights into its biochemical properties and functional roles, enabling the exploration of its impact on chromatin dynamics. Furthermore, generating recombinant SMARCAD1 allows researchers to investigate its interactions with other proteins and nucleic acids in vitro, facilitating the development of potential therapeutic interventions targeting its activity in disease contexts. Overall, elucidating the role of SMARCAD1 through recombinant protein studies is essential for advancing our understanding of chromatin remodeling and its implications in human health and disease.
