Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SLC9A1, also known as Sodium-Hydrogen Exchanger 1 (NHE1), is a membrane protein essential for maintaining cellular pH and ion homeostasis by facilitating sodium and hydrogen ion exchange across the plasma membrane. Dysregulation of SLC9A1 has been implicated in various pathological conditions, including cancer, hypertension, and cardiac diseases. Research has increasingly focused on the recombinant expression of SLC9A1 to investigate its structure-function relationships and explore its role in cellular processes. Understanding the recombinant form of SLC9A1 is crucial for uncovering its mechanisms of action and the impact of specific mutations related to disease. Additionally, characterizing SLC9A1's interaction with other proteins and its response to pharmacological agents could pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies. As a result, the study of SLC9A1 recombinant protein not only sheds light on fundamental biological processes but also holds potential for translational research aimed at developing targeted therapies for associated disorders.
