Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The research on CRNN (Cysteine-Rich Nuclear Protein) recombinant protein is grounded in the increasing interest in understanding the roles of nuclear proteins in cellular functions and disease mechanisms. CRNN is known for its involvement in regulating gene expression, cellular responses to stress, and maintaining genomic stability. Given its cysteine-rich structure, CRNN is believed to play a vital role in redox signaling within the cell, which may influence various biological processes. Additionally, aberrations in the function or expression of CRNN have been implicated in several pathologies, including cancer and neurodegenerative diseases. Therefore, the production of CRNN as a recombinant protein allows for detailed studies of its structure-function relationships, interactions with other biomolecules, and its biological role in health and disease. Using recombinant DNA technology facilitates the expression and purification of CRNN, enabling researchers to conduct in vitro and in vivo experiments to elucidate its function and potential as a therapeutic target. This research area is critical for developing better therapeutic strategies and improving our understanding of cellular processes involved in disease progression.
