Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PELI3, a member of the Pellino family, is an E3 ubiquitin ligase that plays a crucial role in the regulation of immune responses and various cellular processes. It is known for its involvement in the Toll-like receptor (TLR) signaling pathway, which is essential for the innate immune system's ability to recognize pathogens. PELI3 is believed to modulate the activation of key signaling molecules such as NF-κB and MAPKs, thus influencing the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines. Recent studies have highlighted its potential role in cancer biology, autoimmunity, and infectious diseases, making it a target of interest for therapeutic interventions. By understanding the function and mechanisms of PELI3 through recombinant protein studies, researchers aim to elucidate its contributions to disease progression and immune regulation. This insight could pave the way for novel strategies in treating immune-related disorders and enhancing vaccine efficacy, underscoring the importance of PELI3 in both basic and translational research.
