Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RAB3C is a member of the RAB family of small GTPases, which are key regulators of intracellular vesicular trafficking, particularly in neurotransmitter release and synaptic function. It plays a crucial role in the regulation of exocytosis by modulating the movement and docking of synaptic vesicles to the plasma membrane in neurons. Research into RAB3C's function has gained momentum due to its potential implications in various neurological disorders, including schizophrenia and autism spectrum disorders. The study of RAB3C, particularly in the context of its recombinant protein form, allows researchers to dissect its molecular mechanisms and interactions with other proteins involved in synaptic transmission. By producing RAB3C as a recombinant protein, scientists can conduct detailed biochemical assays to analyze its GTPase activity, protein-protein interactions, and role in vesicle trafficking. These investigations provide insights into the fundamental processes of neurotransmission and the pathophysiology of neuropsychiatric diseases, thereby highlighting RAB3C as a promising target for therapeutic interventions in the realm of neuroscience. Understanding the intricate functions of RAB3C through recombinant protein studies may pave the way for novel approaches to modulate synaptic activity and address the underlying causes of various mental health conditions.
